Here's the latest activity from my online account:

1/11/05 - Reward Certificate $5.00 0 0 -10,000

Is this the date that the certificate was mailed? I did not go to Sam Goody on the 11th.

I don't remember it taking this long for a certificate to get here, if that is the mailed date.

It also says I have 545 Replay points, which is what carried over from the last time that I reached 10,000...?

That's the date they credited your account for a certificate. It takes usually 6-8 weeks for one of my certificates to reach me once it's credited to my account.
